Sea Breeze
This design focuses on creating a sense of living among the tree tops with birds eye views of the most beautiful natural features along Scenic Highway 30-A. Nestled in the fabulously eclectic area known as Grayton Beach, this home is about togetherness and privacy while being amongst it all!
The architectural footprint consciously prioritizes communal spaces, fostering connectivity with family, friend and the natural beauty of the Gulf view that graces the property.
This project was a dream come true. Initially intended as an investment property the Owner gave JustDESIGN freedom to design what they thought would be best for the property given some specific programmatic requirements.
The site offered an additional setback on the street side to preserve the unique local scrub oak trees. The opportunities the property brought to the table included views of the Gulf to both the South and West as well as views of the fresh water Dune Lake to the East.
Partway through construction the Owner’s gave JustDESIGN another gift, they decided that they loved the house so much that they were going to move in themselves.
