Designed with a keen focus on sustainability, the residence incorporates energy-efficient features. Low voltage lighting, dynamically adjusting throughout the day, complements the natural rhythms of time and date. A notable design feature in this home is the implementation of a Thermomass wall system. This unique system forms a seamless thermal envelope at the perimeter walls.
